• Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removal of tags are not eligible for return.
• Only items that correspond exactly to those identified in the approved return request will be accepted.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

• Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our Couture pieces, all Couture purchases are considered final sale.
• We invite you to review sizing, fit details, and fabrication carefully prior to confirming your Couture order.
